Boutique Living

Routine inspection, amenities, lead to consistency

We go beyond expectations with our impeccable services. We know the importance of cleaning to create the perfect ambiance for boutique living. Our homes are routinely inspected to ensure flawless space left, and your guests stay impressed. Safety equipment, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kid are available for guest protection. We are providing starter amenities like hair and body care products, cleaning supplies, and additional stock of basic household items like paper towels, toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent.


Deep Cleaning Services

We offer a range of deep cleaning services to maintain long lasting cleanliness of your home. These services are heavily discounted to ensure savings past on to our partners.

What is deep cleaning? Deep cleaning service required a special skill, heavy duty equipment and or a longer process to complete.

  • Carpet deep cleaning $0.50 per square foot

  • Upholstery cleaning $150-250

  • Dining chair cleaning $15 each

  • Deodorizer treatment $15 per room

  • Window cleaning $25 per hour

  • Mattress Clean $100

  • Pool cleaning $500-1000

  • Jacuzzi cleaning $ 190

  • Pressure washing $0.5 per square foot

General Cleaning

This service is included in our premium cleaning services. We use a systematic method to ensure that every part of the home is ready to welcome guests.

  • The home is tidy and free from rubbish and foreign items

  • Surfaces are wiped clean and disinfected

  • Floors are swept and mopped. Carpets are vacuumed

  • Bed linen is laundered and re-placed on beds.

  • Towels have been removed and replaced in bathrooms and kitchens.

  • The kitchen is cleaned and the utensils have been replenished, the dishwasher is left clean and empty.

  • Microwave, ovens, freezer and refrigerator, stovetop, are cleaned included coffee makers

  • All trash removed bin liner replaced

  • The dining table and chairs cleaned

  • Showers, bathtubs, and toilets are cleaned and sanitized

  • BBQ is cleaned and the propane tank re-filled.

  • Hot tub covered and cleaned

  • Outdoor areas are cleared, and furniture is wiped down.
